Kraftwerk nears the end of their 50th anniversary celebration at Walt Disney Concert Hall with a performance of their 2003 album, Tour de France. This is the eighth of the nine concerts in this series and the last one for which tickets are still available, so if you haven’t seen the iconic German electronic band live before, now is your chance.

Miki Berenyi, former lead singer of the popular 1990s British rock band Lush and author of the recently released memoir Fingers Crossed, returns to Los Angeles, this time with the trio that bears her name. Opening the show is the collaborative project between Lol Tolhurst, former drummer of The Cure; and Budgie, previously of Siouxsie and the Banshees and The Creatures. “Cumbia Is the New Punk,” Son Rompe Pera declared on their 2023 album, Chimborazo. Check out the Mexican band’s marimba-centric fusion of traditional and contemporary sounds at The Paramount in Boyle Heights on Friday and Saturday night.

Released in 1986, Strange Times, the third album from The Chameleons, is home to “Swamp Thing,” their best known song and one that’s endured as a goth club staple nearly 40 years after its release. Dutch duo Yellow Claw and American DJ/producer Flosstradamus aren’t just hitting the road together on their current tour - they’ll be sharing the stage at The Torch, playing back-to-back sets that will include a mix of trap jams and their own hits. Janelle Monáe headlines the first day of Outloud @ WeHo Pride music festival, but there will certainly be many on hand for Sophie Ellis-Bextor, the British pop star whose early ‘00s jam “Murder on the Dance Floor” became a recent global smash thanks to the movie Saltburn. Doechii, Noah Cyrus, Keke Palmer, Channel Tres and Yaeji are also set to appear on the stacked lineup. Monthly LGBTQ+ party Gay Asstrology, which recently celebrated their sixth anniversary, hosts their Pride month party on Saturday, June 1 at Teragram Ballroom. Detroit trailblazer DJ Minx headlines the latest installment of long-running party series A Club Called Rhonda. Joining her are Australian DJ Moopie as well as Cherry, Goddollars and Paradise. With Kylie Minogue in the headlining spot, the second day of Outloud @ WeHo Pride is this weekend’s hot ticket. VIP passes are sold out, but the second tier of general admission tickets are available for the day, which also includes performances from Ashnikko, Trixie Mattel, Big Freedia, Vincint and more. Meanwhile, indie dance favorites Hot Chip will DJ and ‘90s house icon Crystal Waters will perform at the Summertramp stage. Tickets on sale at the Outloud website.

LGBTQ-centric Pearl Pool Party celebrates Pride on Sunday afternoon at Hotel Ziggy. Stop by to lounge, dance or swim following the WeHo Pride Parade earlier in the day. Edward Frame and Alexis Tucci will provide the tunes. Tickets at Dice, reservations are available for poolside rooms with bottle service.

In March, DJ/production duo Walker & Royce dropped their sophomore full-length, No Big Deal, filled with collabs with the likes of Reggie Watts and VNSSA, on cult favorite SF dance music label, Dirtybird.
