The LA INC. Pre-Convention Meeting is a vital strategic gathering that ensures your event's success. Our team makes sure all your convention needs are planned and covered. Representatives from participating hotels, housing companies, shuttle services, taxi companies, LAPD, and LA Downtown Business Improvement District will all be on-hand to address your immediate concerns and event requirements.
Los Angeles Convention Center Pre-Convention Meeting
This pre-convention meeting specifically addresses needs related to the LA Convention Center (LACC). LACC staff will be at your service to answer questions and ensure your every event need is covered.
City Information & Restaurant Reservation Desk
Located at two convenient kiosks at the Los Angeles Convention Center, our LA Information Centers are available to assist attendees with everything from restaurant reservations to directions and suggestions for area attractions and events. This service is complimentary for groups with more than 2,000 peak room nights and at a nominal charge for smaller gatherings.
Research
Our Research Department can help you set-up and conduct surveys during and after your event, in addition to compiling data and generating customized reports to assist in gauging convention success and providing a basis for future planning. Contact Research for details.
Customized Maps
Personalize your convention map with our regional and destination maps. Place and highlight your hotels and points of interest and then add them to your convention packets or web site.
Donations
Your generosity can make a difference to those in need and to help the environment. Donations to local food banks are becoming a popular way to practice environmental conservation and give something back to the community. Local agencies are delighted to collect your excess food and products from the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC) or your hotel and distribute them to Los Angeles agencies including: AIDS service providers, senior centers, homeless shelters, after-school programs and others.
