The excitement of hosting the XVI Super Bowl in Los Angeles February 13, 2022 can not be overstated, as one of the largest major sporting events in Los Angeles since the surge of the Pandemic.   The SoFi Stadium was filled with fans from all over the country, as were many of Los Angeles’s hotels and motel across the region.  The number of people of all ages attending XVI Experience, exceeded projections which was held at the Los Angeles Convention Center February 5-6 and 10-12.
I want to thank our partners at Champion LA and the LA Sports & Entertainment Commission for their outstanding work with the NFL and surrounding communities to deliver an experience that strongly boosted Los Angeles’ brand and appeal as a visitor destination.   I also want to thank our TMD hotels for their support of Champion LA and know you join me in appreciation of their hard work and commitment.
