This month’s dineLA Foodie’s Experience Sweepstakes features a one-of-a-kind experience compliments of WILSHIRE RESTAURANT.

Have you ever dreamed of having your own restaurant? 

Enter for your chance to be Maitre D’ for a night at Wilshire Restaurant and learn how to choreograph the delicate interplay of one of the Westside’s hottest restaurants. 

• Work one-on-one with General Manger Nick Fielding on the finer points of planning for an evening’s service
• Get a behind-the-scenes tour of the kitchen from Chef Andrew Kirschner with a tasting of the night’s specials
• Receive a guided wine tasting of pairing-appropriate wines plus a crash course in opening and serving wines with finesse
• Interact with guests, putting everything you’ve learned to the test
• Finally, once you’re off your feet for the night, enjoy a well earned multi-course dinner for you and a guest, including one bottle of wine

Restrictions:  Prize package experience available Wednesdays only, per availability and must be scheduled in advance with restaurant management.  Prize recipient must be at least 21 years of age and  cannot accept wages or gratuities.  End of evening dinner excludes gratuity.
