Thank you for joining us for the January 2010 dineLA Restaurant Week event! 

We are thrilled to have you among the 200-plus restaurants that will be showcased as an integral part of the Los Angeles culinary community. 

Below you will find information and tools to help make your experience during dineLA Restaurant Week as successful as possible.We welcome any questions you may have and look forward to working with you! How to maximize your participation in dineLA Restaurant Week:

1)    Use dineLA Restaurant Week brochures and window signage Present the dineLA Restaurant Week brochures to every table inside your check presenter.  The window signs can be placed in a street-facing window using the suction-cup hanger provided to you.   Should you need more of these, please email: ppeak@dineLA.com.

2)    Familiarize your staff with dineLA Restaurant Week We strongly encourage you to discuss the promotion with service staff to ensure that they are familiar with dineLA Restaurant Week and can answer any questions your guests may have. (Click here for FAQ’s.)  They are the key to how successfully this program works for you!

3)    Remember the American Express® Cardmember Special offer    American Express® Cardmembers will be able to register their eligible American Express® Card(s) to receive a $20 statement credit when they dine three or more times during dineLA Restaurant Week (January 24-29 and January 31-February 5, 2010) and spend a minimum of $21 at participating restaurants. This is a great opportunity to drive trial and repeat business to your establishment, at no cost to your restaurant. Diners can begin registering their cards online beginning January 1, 2010 at dineLA.com/RestaurantWeek.

4)    **Track your Restaurant Week "meals" through your POS System** We will be asking you to give us a reporting of the actual number of dineLA Restaurant Week meals sold at the end of the program along with several other subjective pieces of feedback so that we can evaluate the success of the program.

5)    Utilize electronic dineLA Restaurant Week assets for use on your own website,e-communications, OpenTable confirmation emails, etc.
