Lauren Conrad Signs Copies of Her Recent Novel, Sweet Little Lies

On Feb. 18, 2010, former MTV star turned best-selling author, Lauren Conrad, made an appearance at Barnes & Noble at The Grove to promote her latest title, Sweet Little Lies. It was the last pit stop on her recent national book tour.

Before meeting and greeting hundreds of fans, the young Hollywood starlet chatted with entertainment journalist Ben Lyons about fashion, writing and life after reality television. Following some photo ops with the media, Conrad welcomed fans to the third floor of the three-story bookstore.

Loosely based on her own experience, Sweet Little Lies tells the story of how Hollywood's new it-girl copes with rumors, frenemies and scandal all in the public eye. The book is the sequel to Conrad's first bestseller, L.A. Candy.
