There are several airport options for groups flying into Los Angeles, including Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), L.A./Ontario International Airport (ONT), and Burbank Bob Hope Airport (BUR). Los Angeles is also serviced by nearly all major domestic carriers, numerous regional domestic airlines, and a wide variety of international carriers. L.A.’s public transportation options and vast network of highways make any of these airports a viable option for your client’s L.A. visit.

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

LAX is located on the western side of Los Angeles, making it a logical choice for clients heading to Downtown, the Westside, Hollywood and the Beach Cities. LAX is the sixth busiest airport in the world, serving more than 66.7 million passengers a year. Its West Coast location makes it a gateway to international destinations, particularly Asia and the Pacific. With the newly renovated Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT), LAX serves more new-generation aircraft — Airbus A380, Boeing 787 Dreamliner and Boeing 747-8 — than any other airport in the Western Hemisphere.

The new TBIT is the centerpiece of a multi-billion-dollar capital improvement program at LAX. The project includes new gates and concourse areas, and a Great Hall for upscale dining and luxury retail, including many options that are unique to L.A.
