Insomniac kickstarts New Year’s Eve Weekend on Friday night at Academy LA with DJ/producer Audien, along with PLS&TY and Informal. Tickets are on sale at Ticketweb, with VIP table reservations available.

Start the New Year’s Eve festivities early with Minimal Effort, which is throwing 360° Live events on Friday, December 27 and Saturday, December 28 at 1720 in Downtown LA. On Friday, Two Lanes and Natascha Polké headline with support from Jackson Englund. Saturday’s party will feature sets from Christian Löeffler, Parra for Cuva and Off in Lala. Insomniac is bringing top-tier talent to Exchange LA in the nights leading up to their New Year’s Eve bash at the Downtown LA venue. Dutch DJ Maddix headlines on Friday, December 27. The party promoter’s underground-leaning brand Factory93 takes over on Saturday night for a live set from Reinier Zonneveld. The holiday extravaganza begins on Friday, December 27 with Massano in the headlining spot and continues the following night with a DJ set from Chromeo and Enrico Sanguiliano in the DJ booth on Monday. Insomniac takes over Avalon on NYE Weekend with R3hab, the Dutch DJ/producer who has remixed artists like Lady Gaga and Rihanna, headlining on Saturday, December 28; and Morten, the Danish innovator of the sound known as future rave, on Sunday. Factory 93, Club Space and Take It Outside are teaming up to take over the Los Angeles Convention Center with Forever Midnight, a spectacular New Year’s Eve festival packed with superstar DJs from across the dance music spectrum. From Tiësto, Odd Mob, Jamie Jones, Diplo and Duke Dumont on the main stage; to Adam Beyer, Loco Dice, DJ Minx and many more on the second and third stages, this non-stop party will take folks from 4pm on December 31 to 4am on New Year’s Day. New Year’s Eve can be expensive and finding a party that’s not 21+ can be a challenge. Fortunately, the annual NYELA Countdown at Gloria Molina Grand Park is both all-ages and free! While there will be low cost parking available at The Music Center’s Walt Disney Concert Hall garage, Metro is the best way to go if you want to avoid New Year’s Eve traffic.
