Trained by notable Michelin-rated chefs, Executive Chef Florent Courriol has created a dineL.A. Dinner Menu that includes options like uni with egg cream, Chawanmushi (a savory Japanese egg custard), duck wagyu with duck jus and spicy coriander; and Kagoshima beef that is known for its tenderness as well as its well-balanced marbling. This celebratory meal starts at $119, with an optional wine pairing for $55, caviar ($38), or bone marrow for $10.
