First Draft Taproom & Kitchen was established in the South Park area of DTLA to provide a location where beer, cider and wine enthusiasts can meet and socialize, enjoying high quality products in an information based environment, using emerging technology to allow customers to individually manage their drinking and eating experience. First Draft focuses on building awareness of choices, styles and tastes of various products, and building deep relationships within an informed core craft beer, cider and wine customer groups. First Draft also provides unique and delicious food selections, locally sourced and produced products from sustainably grown ingredients.
