L.A. Works’ Earth Week 2025

From April 19 – April 26, join L.A. Works for a celebration of Earth Week! There are dozens of opportunities to volunteer and make a difference for the environment.

Some featured opportunities include:

• Native Tree Planting in Tujunga
• Beautifying a Community Garden in El Monte
• Planting and Gardening at a Reseda Elementary school

Throughout Earth Week, become an environmental superhero with service activities including community gardening, composting, building planter boxes, and more! Get a group of friends or family together for some eco-friendly volunteering!

Volunteers can also celebrate Earth Week by taking the Climate Action Pledge – a simple way to commit to sustainable actions. This initiative, in partnership with L.A. Works and California Volunteers, Office of the Governor, empowers individuals to combat climate change in their own way and on their own time.
