Other (please specify: ___________________): Local Co-owner, Gabriel Paredes, grew up in the Burwood and Strickland neighborhood of Highland Park in a household of excellent cooks and hard workers. He learned first hand about entrepreneurship and work ethic as he helped his father sell boots to local businesses. However it was watching his mother cook with passion, dedication and refinement that led Gabriel to find his own passion in food, and create his legacy by giving back to his hometown. At Nativo, through the ambience, service and menu, Gabriel shares what he experienced in his formative years: delectable food, culinary traditions, and quality time with friends, family and the neighborhood.
