What can I expect with traffic? Will it affect the attendee experience?
  • Getting around LA as an attendee is manageable with proper planning and expectations. 
    • Plan activities and meetings with traffic in mind to minimize the impact of traffic on the experience. Grouping activities by neighborhood and avoiding peak travel times can help. 
    • Attendees can also use ride-sharing services and public transportation or even rent bikes or scooters for shorter trips, which can reduce the stress associated with driving in unfamiliar areas.
