Rain or shine, Frostys doors are open to bring you a one-of-a-kind holiday experience. Established in Chicago in 2017, Frostys dazzled Times Square in 2022, and now arrives for it's second year on the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Step into a cozy winter wonderland and enjoy a spectacular Christmas pop-up bar experience featuring immersive holiday decor, twinkling lights, and magical vibes. From festive photo ops to seasonal cocktails, and live DJ entertainment, Frostys is designed to bring all things merry and bright.

Entry Time:  
While ticketed time slots indicate your arrival time, WEEKENDS AFTER 7PM CAN BE BUSY, AND A WAIT IN LINE MAY BE REQUIRED.

Re-entry:  
No re-entry permitted.

Ticket Time Frames:  
Ticket time frames reflect your arrival window. Once inside, youre welcome to stay as long as you like.

Dress Code:  
Dress to impress. Festive attire encouraged.  
No open-toe shoes, flip-flops, sweats, hoodies, or sportswear. Tickets will not be refunded for entry denial due to dress code.

Age Requirement:  
21 plus only, no exceptions. All guests must have a valid physical ID (no photos or paper IDs) and a ticket to enter.

Parking:  
No on-site parking available. 

Food and Drink:  
No food available, but check out our festive drink menu  
NO firearms permitted inside.

Seating:  
Seating is very limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Your ticket does not guarantee a table.

Bottle Service:  
Bottle service table reservations are available upon arrival. A ticket is still required for entry.

All Sales Final:  
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Ticket times and dates cannot be modified on our end. If necessary, you may transfer your ticket to another person.

Refund Policy:  
Refunds are only issued if Frostys cancels the event. We do not provide refunds for reasons such as illness (including COVID-19), dress code issues, dissatisfaction with the experience, incorrect ticket purchase, or non-attendance. Please consider purchasing ticket insurance if needed. Tickets are non-refundable.
